Form builder

Build the form. Then keep it.

Forms, surveys, quizzes and calculators with the logic they actually need, branded like they are yours, and hosted wherever you want them. Hosted, self-hosted, or licensed down to the source code. No submission caps, no feature gate between you and your own data.

ArkForms product view

A form builder is not really software. It is a dependency with a monthly invoice attached to it, sitting between you and every customer who has to type into it. The questions come first, then the answers end up in a spreadsheet you do not control, on a domain you cannot brand, at a scale you did not agree to. ArkForms inverts that. You get chat-style, multi-step and single-step modes on one builder. You get event-based logic that reacts to what came before. You get payments, webhooks and analytics wired to your own accounts. And then you decide where it runs, because the code is yours to run.

What it actually does

How it works

ArkForms at work
  • Three form modes on one builder. Chat style for conversational flows, multi-step for anything longer than a screen, single-step when the answer is short and speed matters.
  • Event-based logic. Conditions react to earlier answers: fields appear, pages branch, scoring accumulates, and a form can be made unsubmitable under conditions you define.
  • Calculations and hidden fields. Real maths inside the form, and hidden fields carrying values through to your integrations.
  • Dual validation. Client-side for the person filling it in, server-side for the integrity of the data. Both.
  • Custom HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Embed your own code in fields and in the logic, and build your own components.
  • Reusable components, themes and logic blocks. Build once, reuse everywhere, stay consistent.
  • Payments. Collect money inside the form, wired to your own payment accounts.
  • Webhooks and automation. Every submission goes to Zapier, Pabbly, or an endpoint you write.
  • Unlimited white-label. Brand the forms, the embeds and the builder interface itself.
The part nobody else does

The edge

  • The source code license. For $4,999 you get the code and modify it freely. That is the point. When a form needs a step a generic builder cannot make, you change the code instead of filing a feature request and waiting for a roadmap.
  • A developer who answers. Onboarding is personal, and when you need a change you ask the person who built it, not a ticket queue. Four years of R&D behind the platform.
  • No arbitrary caps. Forms, responses, users and workflows scale with your business. The Tester tier has a submission limit, and nothing after it does.
  • Privacy controls that actually control. Skip storing submissions on the server entirely, or send them straight to Sheets, a webhook or Dropbox.
  • Who it is for

    Use cases

    Businesses with sensitive data

Forms that collect customer details, medical intake or financial information should not live on a third party's servers. Host it yourself, on your domain, with your data. Encryption in transit and at rest either way, but self-hosting means the answers never leave.

    • Encrypted in transit and at rest
    • Data never leaves your infrastructure
    • Unreleased or internal forms stay safe

    Agencies

White-label the builder, not just the output. Your clients see your brand in the interface they build forms in. Modify anything the client asks for, without a feature request ticket.

    • Your brand in the builder itself
    • Modify anything the client asks for
    • Each client hosted on their own domain

    Educational institutes

Quizzes, assessments, surveys and calculators with the logic they need. Scored properly, branched by level, built to your specification rather than fitted into a generic template.

    • Quizzes scored properly, not just collected
    • Branching logic by level or answer
    • Built to your specification

    Individuals

Elegant, interactive forms and calculators for your own audience, with no design compromise and no technical frustration. Collect payments, sign-ups and applications without a platform tax.

    • Hosted on your own domain
    • Payments and webhooks included
    • No platform tax on what you collect

    Creators

Sign-ups, paid downloads and quizzes for your audience, self-hosted so you are not paying rent on your own list.

    • Your domain, your design
    • Multi-step flows with logic
    • Nothing stored on a third-party server

    Teams that need custom flows

When a form needs a step no generic builder can make, you change the code instead of changing the requirement. That inversion is the whole product.

    • Unlimited modification, not just field limits
    • Built to your exact business process
    • No feature request ticket required
    Everything it does

    Features

    Chat mode

Conversational forms that walk a person through questions one at a time. Higher engagement, mobile-friendly, and it feels considered rather than administrative.

    Multi-step mode

Long flows broken into clear sections with progress indicators. Raises completion rates by removing the wall-of-fields problem.

    Single-step mode

Everything on one screen, for short forms where speed is the priority. Familiar to everyone.

    Event-based logic

Full control of fields, layout, scoring and conditional behaviour. The form reacts to the answers before it.

    Calculations

Do real maths inside the form. Scores, totals, conditional results that update as the person types.

    Custom code

HTML, CSS and JavaScript in your fields and your logic. Hidden fields carry values through. Metrics, workflows, whatever you need.

    Reusable components

Themes, logic blocks and components you build once and reuse everywhere. Consistency without repetition.

    Dual validation

Client-side and server-side. The person filling the form gets instant feedback; the data stays trustworthy.

    Conditional submission

Make a form unsubmitable under conditions you define. Qualification, eligibility, terms. Enforced, not advisory.

    Custom HTML attributes

Add arbitrary attributes to form fields, for the integrations and the accessibility work that needs them.

    Privacy controls

Skip storing submissions on the server. Send them to Google Sheets, a webhook or Dropbox instead.

    Payments

Collect money inside the form, wired to your own payment accounts. Not a marketplace, your checkout.

    Webhooks

Every submission fires to Zapier, Pabbly, or a custom endpoint you write yourself.

    White-label

Brand the forms, the embeds and the builder interface. Remove our name entirely.

    AI assistance

Generate or modify forms, themes, logic and content with AI help, while keeping complete control of the output.

    No usage caps

Unlimited forms, responses, users and workflows. The business scales without the software becoming the bottleneck.

    Privacy

Self-hosted means your submissions never touch a third party's servers. What your customers submit stays on your infrastructure, under your retention policy, in your jurisdiction. You can also skip server-side storage entirely and push submissions straight to Sheets, a webhook or Dropbox, so the answers exist only where you sent them. A GDPR-friendly design is not a feature bullet when you are the one answering for the data.

    FAQ

    Questions

    How do I get started?

There is no public register button. Every customer is onboarded personally, so the setup matches your business and your workflow rather than the other way around. Get in touch and we will configure it for you.

How is this different from Google Forms or Typeform?

Those are excellent for quick surveys. ArkForms is for when the form needs real logic, your branding on the builder itself, unlimited submissions, and the option to own the code outright. The difference is that you are not renting the platform your customer data flows through.

Is it suitable for my kind of business?

ArkForms is built for serious businesses, agencies, educational institutes and creators. Customers are selected carefully so each one gets developer-level attention rather than a shared queue.

    Can I fully brand it?

Yes. Colours, fonts, templates, logos and components, across the forms, the embeds and the builder interface. On Managed and Source Code tiers the Arkivya branding comes out entirely.

Is it extensible? Can I use custom code?

Yes. Embed HTML, CSS and JavaScript in fields and logic, build your own components, and with the source code license modify the platform itself to fit your business.

    Are there usage limits?

Not after the Tester tier. Forms, submissions, users and workflows are unlimited. The platform is built to scale with the business rather than become the bottleneck in it.

    Can I host it myself?

Yes. Managed, self-hosted, or source code deployment. Your choice, and your rules.

Can I reuse components across forms?

Yes. Reusable components, themes and logic blocks, so you build once and stay consistent everywhere else.

    How secure is my data?

Encrypted in transit and at rest, to industry standards. If you self-host, you retain full control over storage, retention and backups.

Your forms, your data, your domain.

Tell us what the forms need to do. We will bring you ArkForms, configured for your business, and you will talk to the person who built it.
