1. Acceptance of Terms
By using ArkScribe, you agree to follow these terms and conditions. ArkScribe is a local-first application, and these terms primarily govern your use of the software on your device.

2. User Responsibility
You are responsible for your use of the ArkScribe software and any content you create with it. Ensure you comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Service Usage
Use ArkScribe only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the software.

4. Intellectual Property
All content, code, and branding of the ArkScribe software are the property of Arkivya unless otherwise stated. Content you create with ArkScribe is your intellectual property.

5. Payment and Billing (for Pro Version)
If you purchase the ArkScribe Pro version, subscription fees must be paid timely. Failure may result in loss of Pro features.

6. Termination
You may stop using ArkScribe at any time. Arkivya may terminate your access to Pro features if terms are violated.

7. Liability
ArkScribe is provided "as is" without warranty. Arkivya is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.

8. Updates
These terms may be updated. Continued use implies acceptance.
